Breakfast is served – yum!

Guten Morgen meine Lieben! Ich hoffe ihr habt einen tollen Morgen.:-) Den Tag hab ich mit dieser leckeren Mahlzeit begonnen! Ich muss zugeben, die letzten Tage waren hauptsächlich “Cheat days”, wie viele Leute es nennen würden. Da ich während der Woche immer viel mit der Uni und Arbeit zu tun hatte, war ich abends einfach nur erschöpft, als ich heim kam. Ich habe kaum gekocht oder Max hat etwas für uns gemacht oder wir sind einfach ausgegangen..auf lange Sicht nicht so toll, denke ich. Nachdem ich mich mit vielen leckeren und gesunden Essensfotos und Videos wieder motiviert hatte, beschloss ich, endlich wieder mehr auf meine Ernährung zu achten und wieder gesünder zu essen. Also, gabs bei uns heute Morgen etwas Brot mit Avocado und ein wenig Fetakäse sowie einigen Gewürzen für den Geschmack. Einfach aber sooo gut! Manchmal ist es einfach nur mein faules Selbst, das den Kühlschrank öffnet und zum geschnittenen Käse langt, den ich nur auf mein Brot legen muss (kein Kommentar – ich weiß ich bin nicht die Einzige haha) aber um ehrlich zu sein, hat das Avocadobrot kaum mehr Zeit in Anspruch genommen als mein “Fauler-Kühlschrank-Move” oder wie auch immer ich es nenne soll haha. Außerdem habe ich Smoothies mit Beeren, Banane und einem Löffel Kokosschokoladen Proteinpulver gemacht. So erfrischend!! Ich werde versuchen, weiterhin so zu essen und werde meiner Woche vielleicht ein paar “nur pflanzenbasierte”-Tage hinzufügen, wir werden sehen! Aber jetzt ist es erstmal an der Zeit nach draußen zu gehen und das gute Wetter an meinem freien Tag zu genießen, yeahh! Bis dann Leute<3

Good morning loves! Hope you’re having a great morning.:-) I started the day with this delicious dish! I have to admit, the last couple of days have mostly been ‘cheat’ days as a lot of people would call it. Since I have had a lot to do during the week with university and work I was exhausted when I got home in the evening. I barely cooked anything or had Max cook something for us or we just went out…not so good in the long run I guess. So after motivating myself with lots of delicious and healthy food photos and videos I decided to change it and become healthier again. So this morning I had made some bread with avocado on top and a little feta cheese as well as some spices for the taste. Simple but sooo good! Sometimes it’s just my lazy self that opens up the fridge gets out some sliced cheese that I only have to put on my bread (don’t judge, I know I’m not the only one here haha) but in fact the Avocado bread did not take longer than my “lazy fridge move” or what ever to call it haha. Besides that I ended up making smoothies with berries, banana and a spoon coconut chocolate protein powder. So fresh!!! I will try to continue eating that way and might add a few ‘only plant based’-days to my week, we’ll see! Now it’s time to head outside and enjoy the good weather on my day off, yeahh! Did someone say coffee ?

Guten Morgen Babes! Ich war heute Morgen so müde und hab es kaum aus dem Bett geschafft haha. Wünschte ich wäre ein Frühaufsteher. Wie immer hatte ich eine Tasse Kaffee, aber von jetzt an werde ich wieder heißen Kaffee trinken, da das Wetter nicht mehr so ​​warm ist. Zumindest im Moment  nicht. Habe überlegt den Kaffe für eine weile weg zulassen, trinke einfach viel zu viel davon (auch wenn milch mit drin ist) deswegen werd ich es mal eine Woche ohne probieren und sehen wie stark meine Kopfschmerzen sind. Denke, ich bin schon ziemlich süchtig danach… Heute haben wir keine Pläne, ich stimme dafür im Park zu chillen und ein Buch zu lesen. Genießt euren Tag<3

Good morning babes! I was so tired this morning and barely made it out of bed haha. Wish I was a morning person. Had my cup of coffee as always but from now on I’ll have hot coffee again, since its not as hot anymore haha! At least at the moment it’s not. Thinking about quitting coffee though, I have way too much (even though I drink it with milk) so I’m gonna try a week without it and see how bad my head ache will be. Guessing I’m pretty addicted to it… Today we don’t have any plans, I vote for hanging out in the park and read a book. Enjoy your day<3

 

perfect start in the morning 

Guten Morgen ihr lieben, wie ist euer Morgen? I hab ihn mit meiner Lieblings Smoothie-Bowl begonnen, fühle mich danach immer voller Energie. Wie siehts mit euch aus, mögt ihr Joghurts und Smoothies am Morgen oder seid ihr eher eine Brot-Person? Dieses mal hab ich eine Banane, eine Handvoll Himbeeren, Mango Stücke (nur ein paar) und einen Löffel Schokoladen-Protein-Pulver genommen. Ich hab etwas Wasser hinzugefügt, davon könnt ihr so viel nehmen wie ihr wollt, Ich mag meine cremig, deswegen nehme ich nur ganz wenig. Mixt alles und nehmt euch eine Schale, ich mag es mit ein paar Blaubeeren, etwas Crunch Müsli wie ihr sehen könnt und ein paar Stücke der übrig gebliebenen Banane oben drauf. Damit es einfach himmlisch schmeckt, probiert es mit einem Löffel Peanut Butter, ihr werdet’s lieben glaubt mir! Good morning babes, how is your morning ? I’ve started my day with my favorite smoothie bowl, I always feel energized afterwards. What about you, do you like having  yoghurt and smoothies for breakfast or are you a bread-kinda-person? This time I used one banana, a handful of raspberries, some mangos (just a few) and a spoon of peanut butter. I added some water, you can add as much as you want, I like mine creamy thats why I use d just a little bit. Mix it all and get a bowl, I like to top it off with blueberries, some crunch musli as you can see and add the rest of my banana slices. To make it taste like heaven try it with one spoon of peanut butter, you’ll love it believe me! Hope you’re enjoying the day, talk later, kisses<3

Guten Morgen ihr lieben! Wie gehts euch?:D Ich fühl mich super, hab die ganze Nacht wie ein Baby geschlafen und bin jetzt readyy for a fun Sunday oder eher gesagt einem gemütlichen Sonntag haha. Das Wetter is eigentlich ganz schön aber Arsch kalt,  werd aber denke ich später trotzdem zum Sonntagsmarkt gehen um etwas Luft zu schnappen. Max arbeitet an seiner Musik, ich liebe es, wenn es in der Wohnung nicht ganz ruhig ist, sondern die Musik durch die zimmer schwebt. Ich hab mir grad einen Smoothie gemacht, jedesmal verfalle ich in den Smoothie-Wahn aber für den nächsten Monat dann wiederum nicht. Zurzeit hab ich eine Smoothie-Phase und dieser hier war so lecker. Es waren Erdbeeren, Blaubeeren und eine Banane drinnen, einfach wie immer! Werd mich jetzt mal fertig machen, bis später<3

Good morning loves! How are you? :D I feel great, slept like a baby all night so now I’m ready for a fun sunday or better said cozy sunday haha. The weather is quite nice but brutally cold, anyways I think I will head to the sunday market later on to catch some fresh air. Max is working on his music, love it when its not quite in the apartment but filled up with some music. Just made a smoothie, I always get smoothie addictions sometimes and then I don’t have it for a month. Now I’m in a smoothie-period and this one was so tasty. It was strawberries with blueberries and a banana, simple as always ! Will get ready now, talk later, hugs<3
